Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Gilley’s gear. If you’re not completely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Food items are not eligible for return.

Sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Need a different size or replacement for a damaged item? Email us at sales@gilleys.com
before sending your product back. We’ll help you get the right item as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times vary by bank).

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable service for items over $75.
